Established in 1982, Hebei Haihao Group is an outstanding leader in the forging industry. We have rich production experience in the field of large forgings used in pressure vessels, chemical plants, and chemical equipment. Haihao Group focuses on providing complete forging solutions. Haihao Group has 660 employees, including 26 engineers, 48 assistant engineers, and 68 technical personnel. We have excellent technical strength in forging technology. The three subsidiaries have 18 advanced production lines, with various technologies including forging, forging, intermediate frequency extrusion, mechanical processing, cold forming, hot extrusion, hot extrusion, and heat treatment.

We rely on advanced quality testing methods, including chemical analysis, metallographic testing, physical inspection, and non-destructive testing, to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. We specialize in producing high, medium, and low pressure pipe fittings, covering international and domestic standards, with a wide range of products, including large forgings used in pressure vessels, chemical plants, and chemical equipment. The materials include stainless steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel. Our annual production capacity exceeds 80000 tons, and we are proud to provide excellent forging products to the market.

In terms of quality commitment, we obtained the ISO9002 quality system certificate in 1999 and the ISO9001:2000 certificate in 2002. In addition, we have also obtained certifications from five world-renowned classification societies, including ABS, DNV, BV, RINA, and RS, which has made our products widely recognized in the field of marine engineering.
